Ingredients:

  • 2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts

Instructions:

Set the chicken breasts in the crock pot


Cover the chicken with buffalo sauce


Set the cooker to low for 6 to 8 hours or high for 3 to 4 hours


Remove the lid and cook until the chicken is soft and shreds easily


Use two forks to shred the cooked chicken

Instructions:

Start by heating the oven to 350F 175C


All-purpose flour, almond flour, sugar substitute, baking powder, baking soda, and salt should all be mixed together in a bowl


Melt the Greek yogurt, add the egg, and mix in the vanilla extract in a different bowl


Add the wet ingredients to the dry ones and mix them together until they are just mixed


The fresh blueberries and lemon zest should be added slowly


Fill about two-thirds of the way to the top of each muffin cup in a muffin tin lined with muffin cups with batter


Put muffins in the oven and bake for 15 to 18 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into one comes out clean


For a few minutes, let the muffins cool in the pan

Add melted vegan butter, almond milk, vanilla extract, and flaxseed egg replacer to the dry ingredients


Mix until a dough forms


Roll out the dough on a floured surface into a rectangle, about 1/4 inch thick

In a small bowl, mix coconut sugar and ground cinnamon

Starting from the long edge, tightly roll the dough into a log

  • 1 head of cabbage

  • 1 pound ground beef

Make a delicious taco out of a traditional Mexican shrimp cocktail. There are lots of different tastes in these Mexican Shrimp Cocktail Tacos. They have fresh vegetables, juicy shrimp, and a tangy cocktail sauce all wrapped up in warm tortillas. Great for a quick and filling meal!

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined

  • 1 cup diced tomatoes

  • 1/2 cup diced red onion

  • 1/2 cup diced cucumber

  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro

  • 1/4 cup diced avocado

  • 1/4 cup ketchup

  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice

  • 1 tablespoon hot sauce adjust to taste

  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • 8 small tortillas

  • Lime wedges for garnish

Instructions:

Place the shrimp in a large pot of boiling water


Cook for two to three minutes, or until they turn pink and opaque


Drain and let cool


Diced tomatoes, red onion, cucumber, cilantro, avocado, ketchup, fresh lime juice, hot sauce, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper should all be put in a bowl

Paleo Steak Salad

This Paleo steak salad combines the richness of ribeye steak with the freshness of citrus and avocado, creating a satisfying and nutritious meal that's perfect for a Paleo diet.

Smoked Juicy Lucy Burger

These smoked Juicy Lucy burgers are a tasty take on an old favorite. Adding smoke from your Traeger grill to the cheesy, juicy center makes it even more delicious. You're about to have the best burger ever!

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 pounds ground beef

  • 4 slices of cheddar cheese

  • 1/2 cup diced onions

  • 1/4 cup diced pickled jalapeos

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • 4 hamburger buns

  • Your favorite burger condiments e

  • g

  • , ketchup, mustard, mayo

  • Wood pellets for smoking e

  • g

  • , hickory or mesquite

Instructions:

Set up your Traeger grill for indirect grilling or smoking and heat it up to 375F 190C


Put the ground beef, diced onions, diced jalapeos, salt, and pepper in a bowl


Do a thorough mix


Cut the meat mixture into 8 equal pieces, and then press each piece into a thin patty


In the middle of four of the patties, put a slice of cheddar cheese


Place one of the remaining patties on top of each cheese-covered patty


Seal the edges to surround the cheese


There will be 4 stuffed patties for you


Place the stuffed patties on the Traeger grill grate that has already been heated


Smoke them for 20 to 30 minutes, or until they are done the way you like them


Flip them over once during cooking


While the burgers are smoking, put the hamburger buns on the grill and toast them for a minute or two


Take the burgers off the grill when they're done and let them rest for a while


Put your burgers together by putting a smoked Juicy Lucy patty on a bun and topping it with your favorite burger toppings
