Editing AssignmentsOther Potential Projects this YearMINI-DRAMA PROJECT
The purpose of this project is to create a short dramatic scene that is scripted using the proper professional script format. Requirements: Students will create a 2 minute scene with dialogue. Keep in mind, flashbacks and telling a story through a narrator could be effective. The video must be shot with a single camera and the location must fit your story line. Costumes and appropriate dialogue is a must for this production. CREATE A MUSIC VIDEO PROJECT
Students will create a 2 minute music video using either footage edited to the beat, lip-sync, or matching action. The song chosen should be appropriate for a general audience. The production must include: multiple camera angles, multiple scene changes, and props and costumes appropriate for the video. Shoot the production using the proper angles and perspectives. Try using a series of very creative angles and shot selections. The faster the song, the more shots required and shorter edits. The slower the song, the longer the shots will be. Light the image according to the effect and the type of scene sought. Use the studio, light kit or reflector at least once. |
